Responsibilities

Build and scale the company’s core backend platform using Ruby on Rails 7 and AWS Cloud
Design and optimize high-performance APIs with a focus on developer experience
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on architecture, feedback, and code reviews
Ship features iteratively, based on customer and stakeholder feedback
Take technical ownership and influence the future direction of the product

Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience (SaaS or startup environment)
Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails (Node.js knowledge is a plus)
Strong background in building scalable applications & APIs
Experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or other high-performance databases
Excellent command of English (written & spoken) for team collaboration and client interaction
